ABOUT NIDCOF
NIDCOF extends provisions that enable State Governments to participate in the share capital of the Federation alongside the Central Government and to take part in its operations and initiatives.
Upon becoming a member of the Federation, a State Government is entitled to nominate representatives to the Board of Directors of NIDCOF in accordance with the powers and functions defined under Sections 48 and 61 of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002.
This collaborative framework ensures a strong partnership between the Central and State Govern -
ments, fostering cooperative growth and strengthening the industrial development ecosystem across the nation.
